At SunglassOutlet.com, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and cost-effective shipping for all domestic orders. This policy outlines our shipping options, handling times, and the terms related to shipping, tracking, and returns. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
We offer the following shipping options for our customers:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days after the order has been processed. Excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 business days after the order has been processed.
The available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout based on your location and order details.
We currently offer shipping domestically within the United States only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Customers who sign up for SunglassOutlet.com membership receive free standard shipping on all orders. This benefit is exclusive to members and applies to all qualifying purchases made through the website. Non-members will be charged for shipping based on the calculated rates at checkout.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase.
- Shipping Time: Orders will be shipped within 48 hours after processing.
- Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. on Friday will be processed the next following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the following factors:
- Number of items purchased.
- Size and weight of the package.
- Destination of the shipment. Shipping rates are calculated in real-time by our integrated shipping program during the checkout process, ensuring accurate pricing based on your order.
All orders shipped through SunglassOutlet.com include real-time tracking. We use EasyPost to provide tracking updates from the moment your order is shipped until it arrives at your door. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its status.
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, we will reship your order at no additional cost to you. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you encounter any issues with your shipment.
We are happy to ship to both PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses. Please note that deliveries to these addresses may take longer than standard delivery times.
Once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase. If you realize there is an error in your address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will do our best to assist you.
