Return Policy for SunglassOutlet.com (a Business of Black Flag Outfitters)

At SunglassOutlet.com, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy has been designed to accommodate returns, refunds, and exchanges in a transparent and straightforward manner. Please carefully review the terms outlined below, as they apply to all purchases made through our website.

We offer a 14-day return policy for non-members and a 30-day return policy for members on items purchased at full price or discounted sales price (this excludes items bought in bundled promotions).

  • Item Condition: All items must be the exact item purchased and must be returned in their original, unused condition. This means:
    • Free of damage, wear and tear, or usage marks.
    • Must include all original packaging and accessories (if applicable).
  • Refund Amount: The refund will cover the purchase price you paid, less any shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • Members receive free shipping and returns
    • Non-Members pay for shipping and return shipping
  • Return Window: The return window begins on the date you receive the item. Items returned after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
    • Non-Members receive a 14-day return policy
    • Members receive a 30-day return policy

Items purchased as part of a bundled promotion are eligible for return within your defined return policy window (members and non-members return policy) from the date of receipt. Refunds will be processed only when all items in the bundle are returned and meet the following conditions:

  • Item Condition: All items must be the exact items purchased and must be returned:
    • Free of damage, wear and tear, or usage defects.
    • In the original packaging with any accessories and materials that were part of the original fulfillment.
  • Complete Bundle: All items in the bundle must be returned together. Partial returns will not be accepted.
  • Refund Amount: The refund will be processed once all items have been inspected and verified to be in resalable condition, and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will accept returns within the 14-days for non-members and 30 days for members of the purchase date. Please note the following conditions for returning defective items:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Only items with verifiable manufacturing defects are eligible for returns. This includes defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Non-Defective Items: Items showing wear, tear, usage damage, or damage caused by improper handling or misuse that do not fall under manufacturing defects are not eligible for a refund.
  • Return Window: The 14-days for non-members and 30-days for members return period begins from the day you receive the item.
  • Once your return window has expired, and you have a manufacture defect, the standard manufacture warranty must be followed. Please go through the warranty process with the manufacturer after the return window has expired. All judgements are transferred to the manufacture after the return window has expired.

For our SunglassOutlet.com Members, we offer an extended 30-day return policy on all items, subject to the following conditions:

  • Same Return Rules: Members must follow the same return policies outlined for standard purchases, including the conditions for item eligibility and refund amounts.
  • Extended Return Window: Members have 30 days to return items.

If an item is returned due to a manufacturing defect, you may request a replacement instead of a refund. Please note:

  • Eligible Items: Replacements are only available for items with valid manufacturing defects within the return policy window.
  • Request Process: Contact our customer service team within your return policy window of receiving the defective item to request a replacement. The replacement will be sent once the defective item is returned and verified.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@sunglassoutlet.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Pack Your Items: Ensure that the items being returned meet the eligibility criteria and are packaged securely in their original condition.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the items back to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
  4. Refund/Replacement Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund or replacement within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable for non-members. Members receive free shipping and return shipping, unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items that do not meet the return criteria (e.g., damaged items, items past the return window, etc.) will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
