Our #1 goal is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. You may return any item within 30 days of delivery by following our return steps. Once you fill in the appropriate information, you will be able to print off a prepaid(free) return shipping label to send the item back for a refund.

Refund Timeline

Package transit time on returns is usually within 2-5 business days if utilizing our prepaid return label. Once we receive your return package, your refund will be processed within 2 business days. All refunds are sent back to original payment method. Once your refund has been processed, it may take a few business days for you to see it on the original payment method.

Return Requirements

To ensure a full refund, simply return all products in the same new condition as receive with original manufacturers accessories and packaging. Restocking fee will be applied ONLY to products returned in used condition or missing appropriate manufacturer accessories or packaging.


Unfortunately, this is not something which we currently offer. The easiest way to receive another product would be to return the original item by following the process as outlined on our return steps page and to reorder. Once we receive and process your return, we can either offer store credit to your account or a refund back to your original payment method so that you can proceed to purchase the product you are wanting.

Defective/ Damaged on Arrival

In the unfortunate circumstance in which your order arrives with a defective product or was damaged in transit, we will resolve the issue ASAP. The below steps are how we handle unforeseen issues like this.

  1. Reach out to us via chat or email with photos of the issue.
  2. We will respond with a return label to send the damaged product back.
  3. Once the damaged product is received, we will send out a replacement accordingly.

Original item must be received before we are able to resend another pair.
